Hello,
The camp lantern from my order charges to full, but it dies after about 20 minutes on the low setting. I’ve tried two different cables and wall plugs. Is there anything else I can try?

Sorry about that! Could you send a short video of the lantern switching on, and of the charge light while it’s plugged in? If it’s the battery, we’ll send you a new lantern right away.

Here you go. The charge light goes green after about an hour, then it’s dead again before we’re done with dinner.

Battery for sure. Two more lanterns from the same batch came back this month. Sending her a new one from the Oct stock.
