Hi, I accidentally ordered two Trail pads instead of one (order #4854). Can I return the extra? It’s still in the bag.

Hi Grace,
Of course! I’ve emailed you a prepaid return label. Drop the pad off at any post office and we’ll refund it as soon as it’s back with us.

Hi Grace,
The pad arrived back today and I’ve refunded $89.00 to your card. It can take 3–5 business days to show up on your statement.
Thanks again!
