Basics

Eligibility

Checked once, before any tier — everyone passes unless a rule below says otherwise.

First-time customers onlyOnly shoppers with zero previous orders qualify. A returning customer sees "Customer has N previous orders — this discount requires first-time customers."

Item groups

Name a set of products once — like “tent kit” or “footprint” — then use that name in your tiers below. A product belongs to the group if it matches any one of the rules you give it; the preset buttons are the fastest way to set up Acme’s common groups.
