## What changes in December

- The packing station runs a second shift from Dec 1 to Dec 20.
- Gift labels are free on every order (print them from Gift Labels).
- The returns window stretches to Jan 31 for anything bought after Nov 15.

- Do we pause wholesale shipments the week of Dec 14?
- Storefront banner copy (Sam is drafting it).
- Whether Camp Chairs can go UPS Ground only.
