This part is made for a computer

Dorris on a computer is laid out for a big screen, and on a phone it's too cramped to click around in. Open this page on a computer to see every tool. Or try the iPhone app here: it has the same made-up customers, but only a few of the tools.

A real Dorris, with a made-up store. The screens Tim's store uses every day. Every customer, order and number in it is invented.

Priscilla VanceAcme12m Order #4864 — leaving Friday Hi Luis, The tracking still says Minneapolis and it hasn’t moved since Monday night. We leave at 6am Friday. Is there any way to get a fly to me before then? I’d hate to paddle out without one. Priscilla OpenLuis

Dana WhitfieldAcme1h Bent pole on my Ridgeline 2P Hi, On our second night out, one of the hub poles on my Ridgeline 2P bent in a gust. It’s kinked about a foot from the end (photos attached). The tent is barely a week old. Is this covered? We’re heading out again next weekend, so a replacement pole before then would be amazing. Thanks, Dana OpenMaya

Nadia BrooksNorthbound3h Wholesale inquiry — Juniper Peak Supply Hello Northbound team, I own Juniper Peak Supply, an outdoor shop in Leavenworth, WA. Customers keep asking for your packs and I’d love to carry the line for spring. Could you send your wholesale price sheet, minimums and lead times? We’d likely start with three or four styles. Best, Nadia Brooks Juniper Peak Supply Co. OpenTim
Theo RamirezAcme5h Swap the Ridgeline 2P for the 3P? Hi Theo, Happy to swap it! The 2P is already on its way, so keep it sealed when it arrives and reply here. I’ll send a prepaid return label and ship the Summit 3P the same day. The difference is $100.00, and I’ll send a secure invoice for it along with the label. Luis Ortega Acme Outdoors SnoozedLuis

Hi Sofia! The Trail Sleeping Pad in Wide is sold out right now, and I don’t have a firm restock date to share. Tap “Notify me” on the product page and we’ll email you the moment it’s back. The Regular width is in stock if you need one sooner.

I bought one last week and love it. My partner needs one before our trip on Oct 9. Can I talk to a person? Maybe there’s one left in the warehouse?

Of course. I’m bringing someone from the team into this chat now, and they’ll reply right here.
