1. Demo

   30 minutes, free

   We show you a working Dorris and you tell us what your store runs on. You bring a list of the apps you pay for.

2. Invoice and onboarding call

   If you go ahead

   You pay the invoice. We learn how your store works. You give us access and say what you want first.

3. Build

   About a month

   We build your app, connected to your store and your data. You get a date after the demo. You answer questions as they come up.

4. Show-it call

   One call

   We walk through your finished app. You try it and tell us what to change.

5. Training call

   One call

   We show you how to run it and change it by asking Claude. You ask everything you want to.

6. Handoff call

   Optional, included

   A last look once you've used it for a while. You bring the questions that came up.

What we need from you

Access to your Shopify store and to the inboxes and tools the app connects to, a list of what you want first, and time for the calls.

After handover

It runs on your hosting and your Claude plan. You change it by asking Claude. We answer basic questions by email. New tools any time, priced per tool. No maintenance plan.

Where AI comes in

Claude, made by Anthropic, writes the code, which is why a build takes weeks and costs a fraction of an agency build. Inside the app, AI drafts replies, sums up threads and answers from your knowledge base, only where you want it.
