Refunds

For 14 days after you buy, you can have your money back. You don't have to give a reason, you won't be asked for one, and you won't be talked out of it.

Ask on the contact page, giving the email address you bought with, and I refund it myself through the payment company that took your payment. The money goes back the way it came.

A refund ends your access. Your license key stops working on its own the moment the refund goes through, the lessons and the Field Manual go back behind the gate, and the download link stops downloading.

Files already on your computer are on your computer, nobody can reach into it, and nobody is going to pretend otherwise. What the license says about keeping and using them after a refund is in the terms. Refunded means refunded: don't keep building on it.

The smaller products sold here, such as the Reply recipes pack and the App stack audit worksheet, get the same 14-day no-questions refund, asked for the same way. A refund ends your right to use the files, so delete them. The terms say the same.
