Word

Free tier

A free tier is the free level of a paid service: genuinely free, and shaped to be enough to try and not enough to run on.

Also called: free plan, free level

You will meet the word more than once here and the right answer is not always the same. A free level is fine for trying something. It is not fine for the database your business data sits in.

Read what a free level does at its edges before it does it to you: expiring after a set time, pausing when nobody visits, or wiping what it was holding.

Something broke

I just did this: <what you clicked or typed, in a few words>
This is what I got: <paste the error here, or drag in a screenshot>

I don't know what it means. Work out what went wrong and fix it. Then tell me in one plain sentence what was wrong and what you changed, and stop.
