Usage limit

A usage limit is a ceiling on how much you can ask your AI assistant to do in a stretch of time, after which it stops you until it resets.

Also called: rate limit, you've hit your limit

Hit it and the agent stops mid-task and says so, which is alarming the first time and looks exactly like something breaking.

Nothing broke. Your files are exactly as you left them, saved work is still saved, and the project is untouched. The limit lifts on its own.

The one useful habit: before you walk away, write down what you were in the middle of. When it resets, tell your agent where you stopped rather than starting the explanation over.

Paste this first

Something broke

I just did this: <what you clicked or typed, in a few words>
This is what I got: <paste the error here, or drag in a screenshot>

I don't know what it means. Work out what went wrong and fix it. Then tell me in one plain sentence what was wrong and what you changed, and stop.
