CLI

A CLI is a program you run by typing its name and a few words, instead of clicking buttons.

Also called: command line, command-line tool

CLI stands for command-line interface: the same kind of program either way, except you type what you want instead of hunting through a menu for it.

Most of the tools underneath your project have no buttons at all, which is why you will be pasting commands rather than clicking.

You do not need to memorize any of them. What you need is to tell the difference between a normal report and a complaint, and paste the whole complaint, not your summary of it, into your agent. Commands get typed into the terminal.

Something broke

I just did this: <what you clicked or typed, in a few words>
This is what I got: <paste the error here, or drag in a screenshot>

I don't know what it means. Work out what went wrong and fix it. Then tell me in one plain sentence what was wrong and what you changed, and stop.
