Web app

A web app is software you open in a browser at an address, rather than something you install on a computer.

Also called: web application, browser app

Nothing gets installed. The app runs somewhere and sends you pages.

Most of what your business already runs on is one, your store admin, probably your email too.

What you build here is a web app too, which is why one copy of it works on a Mac, a Windows machine, and your phone without three versions existing.

While you're building, its address is on your own machine and private to you. Later a host gives it a real one.

Something broke

I just did this: <what you clicked or typed, in a few words>
This is what I got: <paste the error here, or drag in a screenshot>

I don't know what it means. Work out what went wrong and fix it. Then tell me in one plain sentence what was wrong and what you changed, and stop.
