Why pay for it
What $249 buys that doing it yourself doesn't: my months of trial and error, skipped.
- Free
Everything in this kit, you could work out yourself. I did. The real question is how long you want that to take, and what you keep paying while it does.
What you're paying for
Time. The kit is my own slow learning, already done, so you skip it.
- Under an hourto a working support desk: your customers' messages beside their real Shopify orders
- About 3 monthsfor me to get that same thing working from scratch, one wrong turn at a time
The hour is setup's four steps. The three months were mine: what to build first, how to connect the store safely, what to tell the agent so it stops guessing, and every dead end in between. You get the version that works, and the rules file, prompts and lessons that came out of it.
Do the sums
I was paying $4,000 a month for software. Learning to replace it myself meant paying all of that, every month, until my own tools were ready to take over. The tools, by kind, are in what my store paid in app subscriptions, and how I replaced them is the story.
If I'd found this kit on day one, the sum would have been easy: keep paying for three or four more months while I learn, or pay $249 once and start building this week.
Yours may be far less than mine. To find your own figure, the app stack audit worksheet adds up what you pay. Even a few hundred a month, over the months it takes to learn alone, costs more than the kit. When you switch anything off is up to you and what you build, and I won't promise a date. What the kit changes is where you start.
If you're technical, you probably don't need it
If you already write software, most of what you'd pay for is explanation you'd skip. Keep your money: every reason not to buy is on one page.
If you're anywhere short of that, the kit isn't teaching you something you couldn't learn. It's handing you the months.
